In 2010 SKA was the first foreign company contracted by the Transitional Federal Government to manage operations at the Aden Adde International Airport. SKA has invested heavily in enabling services for third-party visitors including US State Department, UK FCO, various UN Departments, and third party contractors entering Somalia via the International Airport at Mogadishu.
SKA has an established infrastructure in Mogadishu, including bulk aviation fuel storage and into-plane operational capability, the largest Life Support accommodation camp in the capital, vehicle maintenance workshop services, a fleet of rough terrain trucks and trailers, warehousing and storage areas.
The SKA project-support infrastructure in Mogadishu provides Life Support camp construction and operations to promote projects for clients investing in the Somalian economy.
SKA has also established a security company, Somalia Risk Management, in Somalia to provide turnkey security solutions.
